3. Sensitive information

Please do not submit bank account details, passwords, full government identification numbers, or unrelated sensitive personal information in the initial application form. If additional documents are required later, the request should come with a clear recruitment purpose.

4. Third-party form provider

The application form is provided through Fyntalink. Information submitted through the form may be processed by that provider for form delivery, routing, and recruitment administration.

5. Sharing with hiring partners

If your profile appears suitable for an available role, relevant information may be shared with a hiring partner for consideration. Sharing does not guarantee an interview, job offer, or employment outcome.

6. Retention and accuracy

Candidate information is retained only as reasonably needed for recruitment administration, legal compliance, dispute handling, and operational records. Please contact OuraField if you need to correct or update your submitted information.
